Years -
Coal Creek was founded in 1992 to serve the commercial construction market in the state of Kansas. 50% of our work is design/build and the balance is on call or open bid. We are licensed in Johnson County, Leawood, Lawrence, Russell and Topeka. Coal Creek is a Kansas "On-Call" contractor.
What we offer
Design Build
We facilitate the preparation of design documents. We also provide recommendations to achieve and maintain the owner's budgeted construction cost and to realize savings in the cost of work. We work closely with owners to maintain the cost of work and the integrity of the owners intent.
Schematic Design Cost Estimate
We provide schematic cost estimates and work closely with the architect to provide a detailed view of the total costs, including a per square foot cost.
On Call Construction Services
Coal Creek provides emergency repair, on-call construction services and building maintenance.
Commercial Construction Bidding
We provide bids to owners & architects in the open bidding market.

Founded:
Coal Creek Construction was founded in 1992 to serve the commercial construction market in the state of Kansas. 80% of our work is design/build and the balance is won in the open bid market. Coal Creek has also won on-call contracts with the State of Kansas. We are the lowest priced on-call contractor in Shawnee County.
Cooperative:
We believe that, 'cooperative' best describes our vision of a successful project. We work together with design professionals, owners, specialsits and engineers to provided the best building possible at a reasonable cost. As an example, we have never hired a lawyer in a dispute with an owner, subcontractor or architect through several hundred projects.
